We are offering discounts on initial fees based on your contract duration: ・For contracts under 6 months: ¥20,000 OFF the initial fees ・For contracts 6 months or longer: ¥40,000 OFF the initial fees

Eligible Properties:

All Hmlet properties in Tokyo and Osaka

Campaign Dates:

Jan. 1, 2026 – Dec. 31, 2026

Important Notes

• This campaign is available exclusively to former Hmlet residents who sign a new lease. Please note that current residents who are extending their existing contracts or transferring to another room within Hmlet properties are not eligible for this discount.
